The frequency of cleaning should be determined by the company’s efficiency goals, energy expectations, and atmospheric conditions. In concrete plants, cleaning must be done before the concrete hardens, while in non-sticky dust environments, cleaning can be done monthly. Although there is no definitive rule for the timing of cleaning, companies can quickly analyze this need. The environmental conditions where the plant is located are crucial factors affecting cleaning frequency. If the plant is near an industrial area or a cement factory, the pollution rate will increase, so cleaning should be more frequent. As a general rule, projects that constantly get dirty should be cleaned weekly, while moderately dirty projects can be cleaned monthly,” he added.
